1. What ages and styles does TinyMode offer? We offer adorable children’s clothing for ages 0–8 years (Newborn to Big Kids). Styles include:

  • Baby onesies, rompers & bodysuits
  • T-shirts, hoodies & sweaters
  • Dresses, skirts & leggings
  • Pants, shorts & jackets
  • Matching sets & family looks
  • Seasonal & holiday outfits

2. What shipping options are available? We offer these to U.S. customers:

  • Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
  • Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (our most popular choice!)
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10

Note: Times are estimates and may vary due to location, holidays, or carrier volume. Free shipping may apply based on order total or promotions.

3. How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders process and ship within 1–3 business days. After shipping:

  • Express: 3–6 business days
  • Standard / Free: 7–14 business days

We’ll email a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way!

4. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding – sign up for our newsletter for updates!

5. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for unused, unworn items in original condition with tags attached. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos – we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (including original shipping if it’s our error). Customer pays return shipping unless the issue is ours. See our full Returns page for details.

6. Are your clothes safe and comfortable for kids? Yes! All our clothing is made with soft, skin-friendly, breathable fabrics (mostly cotton and cotton blends). We use non-toxic dyes and pay attention to safety — no small detachable parts on baby items. All products meet U.S. safety standards.

7. How do I care for the clothes?

  • Machine wash cold with like colors
  • Tumble dry low or hang dry to keep shape and softness
  • Avoid bleach to protect colors
  • Most items are easy-care and get softer after washing Specific care instructions are on each garment label.
